What He Brings to the Table
Explosiveness - Reagor's marks of 42" and 11'6" in the vertical and broad jumps both tied for 2nd among all WRs at the 2020 NFL Combine, and those testing numbers translate to the field. He has great burst, and accelerates up to top speed quickly once he decides to turn upfield. In addition to the twitch, Reagor also has plus long speed that goes beyond the 40-time he posted, allowing him to create late separation on intermediate to deep routes.
Open-Field Savvy - Reagor's athleticism served him well as a returner, as he was a big play waiting to happen on punts. He is capable of making people miss in open space with good change-of-direction and decisive cuts, and has the second gear to run away from defenders. This was evidenced by his usage as a runner on jet sweeps in college, which were usually successful (Career average of 9.3 yards per carry, and notched a 100-yard rushing game). He also showed that he can break arm tackles, though this physicality didn't consistently show up.
Plays Big - Reagor leveraged his explosiveness downfield on jump balls, as he regularly elevated over taller defenders to attack passes in the air. On top of that, he also shows good play strength to outmuscle larger DBs at the catch point and come down with passes. Reagor is able to haul in passes thrown away from his frame with regularity which, when combined with his leaping ability, makes for an impressive catch radius. This should allow him to be a dangerous red zone threat despite his smaller stature, something the Seahawks offense would certainly welcome.

Areas Of Potential Concern
Route-Running Technique - Reagor already exhibits favorable traits on his route progressions, utilizing head fakes and double moves to shake defenders as he gets downfield. However, he doesn't have the sharpest breaks, and could stand to attack the feet of DBs more consistently to get them to open up and bite before separating. With that said, he has the physical traits to become more polished in this area. Reagor also has moments where he does not fight to complete his routes, and could stand to develop a better sense of space to open up throwing windows for his QB.
Mental Focus - While he is fully capable of reeling in passes away from his frame and does not make a habit of body-catching, Reagor did have some concentration drops at TCU, and held the ball loosely at times. This is not a glaring issue, and should be correctable with coaching. He also could be more reactive to how the coverage is playing him, as he at times allowed himself to be jockeyed by physical CBs and did not work to create space or gain leverage.
Projection - While he could show more consistent aggression and focus on the field, Reagor's excellent athletic profile is tantalizing, and he should be able to quickly step in as a WR3 to be a vertical and YAC threat on deep routes and screens. He also possesses the vision to be a ball carrier on gadget plays and returns, providing immediate value as a PR/KR (And in doing so relieve Tyler Lockett of those duties). It would not be surprising to see him go in the 1st round, and would be a shocker if he was selected any later than mid-2nd.
